Our primary beers will prominently feature hops, fruits, herbs, spices and flowers, from both down the road and around the world. Offered not only on tap in our restaurant, but also distributed in six and four pack cans. While keeping traditional favorites on tap, we will focus on some of the most innovative and rapidly growing styles. Such styles would include IPAs of all types, gose, pastry stouts, saisons, and fruited sours. We will employ very traditional production methods, some of which may involve extended maturation and conditioning in large wooden casks. Beers will be packaged unfiltered, unpasteurized, and naturally conditioned.
